BookMoreHQ AI Receptionist Service Terms

These terms explain the practical working agreement for BookMoreHQ AI Receptionist setup and monthly service. They are written as a plain-English service agreement and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as legal advice or a final contract.

1. Services

BookMoreHQ configures and maintains an AI receptionist system that can answer calls, collect lead details, classify urgency, summarize calls, and route lead alerts based on the selected package and the client information provided during onboarding.

2. Packages And Included Scope

Starter

$3,000 due at signing, then $1,000/month.

Single-location contractors that need missed-call coverage and cleaner lead capture without a complex CRM rollout.

  • 500 AI minutes/month
  • 500 SMS segments/month
  • 1 phone number
  • 1 call flow

Growth

$4,000 due at signing, then $1,500/month.

Contractors that want stronger routing, better follow-up, and more room for call volume.

  • 1,000 AI minutes/month
  • 1,000 SMS segments/month
  • 1 phone number
  • 2 call flows

Scale

$5,500 due at signing, then $2,500/month.

Higher-volume contractors, multi-location operators, or companies with multiple service lines and routing rules.

  • 2,500 AI minutes/month
  • 2,500 SMS segments/month
  • 3 phone numbers
  • 5 call flows

3. Payment And Renewal

  • The setup fee and first monthly service charge are collected before implementation begins.
  • Monthly service renews automatically through Stripe until canceled under these terms.
  • Usage beyond included minutes, SMS segments, numbers, locations, or call flows may require overage billing, an upgrade, or written approval for additional work.
  • Custom integrations, number porting, complex CRM work, major call-flow rebuilds, or extra locations are quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business hours, services, service areas, transfer numbers, lead alert contacts, emergency rules, approved answers, platform access, and any legally required disclosures. The client is responsible for reviewing the call experience and telling BookMoreHQ when business rules change.

5. Launch Timing

Standard AI receptionist builds target launch within 1-2 business days after payment clears and onboarding is complete. Integrations, SMS registration, number porting, complex routing, missing access, or required review can extend launch to 3-7 business days or a separately agreed timeline.

6. Service Boundaries

  • The AI receptionist does not diagnose technical problems, provide binding estimates, guarantee availability, take payment, dispatch technicians, or confirm appointments unless an approved connected workflow successfully completes that action.
  • BookMoreHQ does not guarantee call volume, booked jobs, sales, revenue, return on investment, or a specific business outcome.
  • AI systems can misunderstand callers or produce incomplete summaries. The client should review important calls and maintain appropriate human follow-up.

7. SMS, Consent, And Compliance

SMS features require a working SMS provider, approved sending registration where required, accurate caller/customer consent practices, and opt-out handling. BookMoreHQ may delay or disable SMS features until registration, provider approval, or compliance requirements are complete.

8. Cancellation

  • The client may cancel monthly service by written notice to BookMoreHQ before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation stops future monthly billing but does not automatically refund completed setup work, used service periods, vendor usage, registration costs, or approved custom work.
  • BookMoreHQ may suspend or terminate service for unpaid invoices, chargebacks, misuse, unlawful activity, missing required access, or unsupported compliance risk.

9. Ownership And Access

BookMoreHQ retains ownership of its templates, prompts, automations, dashboards, internal tools, and implementation process. Client business data remains the client's business information. Phone number ownership, transfer, or porting may depend on carrier, vendor, and account requirements and can require additional fees or time.

10. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box and continuing to checkout, the client confirms that they are authorized to purchase the service for the business and agrees to these service terms for the selected package.
